Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile & Education: Candidates must hold a Punjab domicile and possess a relevant degree (BS, M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D., Pharm-D, or MBBS) from an HEC/PMDC-recognized institution with at least a 2nd Division.
• Experience Requirement: Post-qualification experience is mandatory for Manager and Senior Forensic Scientist roles. However, Junior roles require less to no experience.
• Gender Restriction: Only “Male” candidates are eligible to apply for the “Crime Scene Investigation” posts (both Senior and Junior levels).
• Degree Completion: Only candidates who have completed their degrees are eligible; those awaiting final transcripts are not eligible to apply.

Salary Package & Benefits

The PFSA offers some of the highest and most attractive special pay packages in the provincial government sector. A Manager (Narcotics & Toxicology) will receive an impressive Rs. 425,000/- per month.

Forensic Scientists will earn between Rs. 325,000/- and Rs. 375,000/- per month, while Junior Forensic Scientists are offered Rs. 200,000/- per month. Furthermore, all positions include a guaranteed 10% annual salary increase.
